New Press Ready to Go!!!!

Well, we did it. We removed our old 5 color press and have put in a larger, better, faster, cooler 6-color perfecting Heidelberg press with an aqueous coater unit. It's going to make things even better for our customers and put production bottlenecks behind us. We're looking forward to serving our customers at ever higher quality levels in the years to come and we believe this new acquisition will do just that! In the pictures below we've documented the process of taking out the old and bringing in the new. We would like to thank our customers for their co-operation and patience during this four week process. (from 1998)

Our old work horse 5-color Heidelberg in the process of disassembly. After millions of impressions it has served well. It will go on somewhere else to continue to produce quality impressions.

The old 5-Color Heidelberg Units are lifted by forklift and taken to the loading dock to be loaded on to a flat bed trailer. Thank you old friend you've served us well!	Press units are put into place using special hydraulic jacks.
Heidelbergs excellant technicians expertly assemble units and begin to tie things together.	A peak before the safety covers go on reveals enormous stainless steal gears.
Controls switches and other unidentified objects are carefully assembled and tested.	Things are beginning to take shape!
Everybody wants to help! Joe Fogler wants to know what happens when you turn this!	Wow! Ready to go just as soon as we figure out what all these new gizmos do!
