Q. How can I scale several items in Quark without creating an EPS or PDF file and re-importing the items.

A. Quark allows you to scale multiple items if you group them first. Select all the items you need to scale using the item tool (four way arrow). Group the items by selecting from the menu bar Item>Group or by pressing Command+G. Next, press Command+Option+Shift and click and drag a corner of your group.
